Country home and acreage bare lot loans - No acreage restrictions, agricultural or residentially-zoned properties are eligible, income producing properties and hobby farms are eligible, appraised value can include barns, shops, out-buildings, or riding arenas. No mortgage insurance required. Custom, modular, log, and manufactured homes are eligible.
Construction Loans
All-in-one construction loans - Renovations, remodels and outbuildings are eligible, interest-only monthly payments during construction provide more cash flow during the building process, nine-month construction period for conventional homes, extended construction periods available for larger projects, interest rates are locked in during construction.

AgVision Program
The AgVision Program helps young, beginning, small and minority producers get started in farming.
Scholarship Program
The Scholarship Program promotes the further education of youth from rural areas. Eligibility requirements include: must be a current Northwest Farm Credit Services customer, the son or daughter of a current Northwest Farm Credit Services customer, son or daughter of an employee of a current Northwest Farm Credit Services customer, a high school senior or college junior or senior, with plans to enroll in a higher education institution. (Interested students need to complete the scholarship application by March 15.)

Khrystia grew up on a row crop/cattle farm and is an alumnus of Oregon State University. She is married with 2 sons and lives on a farm in the Willamette Valley. Khrystia enjoys riding horses, all outdoor sports with her family, and being involved in the community.
