Tri County Communications is accepting applications for the position of Public Safety call-taker/dispatcher. The position will be 25-40 hours per week with benefits included. Starting wage as of July 1, 2012 will be $15.47 per hour. Qualifications: minimum age 18, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Oregon driver's license, available for shift work and overtime, ability to pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test. Applications may be picked up at the Gilliam County Sheriff's Office, Sherman County Sheriff's Office or the Wheeler County Sheriff's Office. Applications will be accepted until 4:00 P.M.
